The Learning Center (TLC) is a language school established in 2013. We provide high quality English language training to both young people and adults. Our courses are designed to improve individual confidence and ability with everyday communication and for those who require academic content that will be useful for work or study purposes.

Since 2011, The Learning Center (TLC) has built an excellent reputation as one of the foremost English schools in Chiang Rai.
